Attorney Christina A. Apfel limits her practice to Immigration Law. A native of CT, Ms. Apfel graduated from Quinnipiac University with a concentration in Political Science. Subsequently, she received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Further, Atty Apfel clerked for Honorable Judge Michael Hartmere.
Atty. Apfel has been an attorney for sixteen years; eleven of those years have been devoted to practicing immigration law. After seven years, she decided to open her own practice. She started with one client and has continued to grow her practice to include representing large corporations in their business immigration matters.
Atty. Apfel is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Lily A. Cook, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Attorney Lily A. Cook focuses her practice on immigration law and brings a strong academic and professional foundation to Apfel Law Group. A graduate of New England Law | Boston, she earned her J.D. along with a Certificate in Immigration Law. During law school, Lily made her mark through leadership, serving on the executive board of the Immigration Law Association and co-chairing the DEI Committee for the Student Bar Association. She also holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law from Eastern Nazarene College.
Since joining Apfel Law Group, Atty. Cook has enjoyed working directly with clients and developing her experience across a variety of immigration matters. She is committed to making the immigration process as clear and manageable as possible for each client she serves.

Katie Arthur
Legal Operations Manager
Katie Arthur serves as Legal Operations Manager at Apfel Law Group, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and helps ensure a seamless and responsive experience for clients. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys, staff, prospective clients, and corporate representatives to facilitate client relationships, support case coordination, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the immigration process.
Katie graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She joined Apfel Law Group in 2020 and has played an integral role in the firm’s growth and development.
